Great gym. Good mix of bules and locals. Small but well equipped, even has TRX suspension gear. Seldom crowded. Treadmills overlooking rice fields. Decent monthly rates for bules. No AC but that’s a plus for me. I want to sweat. Killer cafe attached. Trainer William makes sure weights are returned. I have been to a lot of the gyms all over Bali, and I only review the ones I like. If you spend most of your workout looking at your phone and diddling with your playlist this gym may not be for you. Great mix of friendly people, but not a networking hotspot. My only complaints are that it’s right on the main road with highway exhaust, and they play the music too loud. But ask and they will turn the rap down. ~ Bert C
I've been a member of Surya Gym for about 1.5 years now, and it’s been a great experience. I've tried many different, "more fancy" gyms, but I always prefer coming back to Surya. It’s not just because it’s significantly cheaper, but also because it feels more down to earth and raw. One of the biggest pluses is that there aren’t too many pretentious people trying to record themselves all the time. I believe the gym is locally owned, and all the staff are locals too. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and the trainers are open for banter, making the atmosphere very welcoming. Even though the equipment isn’t the newest, I find the workouts here to be more enjoyable. The authentic and laid-back vibe of Surya Gym makes it my top choice for fitness. ~ KRUX
Разовое посещение 30к на человека, протеиновый коктейль 25к. Зал небольшой, но очень комфортно заниматься, если знаешь, что делать. Почти все стандартные тренажёры в наличии, гантели от 4 до 30 кг, грифы по 15 кг, турник один и то, не совсем турник. Есть отдельные шкафчики, выдают ключ, есть душ, но я там не был. ~ Саша S
